  • How can I track my order?
    Normally the phase is, ORDER PROCESSING > PAYMENT COLLECTION > ORDER PLACING AT SUPPLIER > DELIVERY TO OUR WAREHOUSE > DELIVERY TO YOUR DOORSTEPS. Orders are shipped within 4-5 business days from receiving order (unless otherwise specified), customer receives an E-mail/WhatsApp/SMS on their registered e-mail ID/phone number containing tracking number and courier company name. We understand that when you make an order, you want your product as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! But good things take time!
  • Can I add a product after I have placed my order?
    No, you cannot add a product to the same order. You can place a new order and we would dispatch the same at the earliest.
  • Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
    Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale.
  • How can I order for large quantities of the product as part of a Corporate/Institutional/Reseller order?
    You may write to us at info@avikkart.com for your Corporate/Institutional/Reseller requirements. We will try to provide the best offer for your order. The prices on our website are already at wholesale prices. We will negotiate further with our supplier for further discounts and share you a better deal.

  • How do I cancel my order?
    You can cancel an order by contacting us on our number +91-9480090559 (9 AM - 6 PM). You can also email us at info@avikkart.com.
  • When can I cancel my order?
    In case a customer wishes to cancel the order before it is shipped, 2.36% deduction towards processing fees will be applied. Once an order is shipped, cancellation of the order is not possible. Note: Avikkart holds the right to cancel orders at any given time, either due to non-availability, pricing error or any such circumstances where we will not be able to fulfill the order.
  • How long does it take to cancel an order?
    Once the request is received on call, it takes 24hrs to cancel the order. Request received through mails will be fulfilled within 48hrs.
  • Is my ordered product eligible for return?
    A product can be returned but only under the following circumstances: Wrong item delivered. Product is physically damaged/defective during transit. For damaged product customer should intimate us within 24 hours of delivery. Product should be unused. Not even once. Inner Suit and Balaclava, Air Filters, Lubricants, Chain cleaners, Wax and Polish are not eligible for returns if the seal is broken. Brand packing should remain intact and all the tags/labels should be available. Invoice should be available.
  • When are returns not possible?
    There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns: Return request is made outside the specified time frame. Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it. Size replacement can be done only once. Repeated replacements will not be permitted. Only size exchange is permitted. Exchanging one product for another product/series/brand is not permitted. Any consumable item which has been used or installed. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories. ​In case of products received damaged, the return request must be raised within 1 calendar day from the date of delivery, along with the unboxing video and images of the part which clearly shows the damage, its original packaging and the outer shipping box from different angles and clearly showing the shipping label. Pre-order / custom made products. Products on Clearance Sale do not have any warranty/guarantee and can't be exchanged/returned. Wiring harness, switch, filters of MadDog brand do not have any warranty. Hygiene related items.

  • Is Cash on Delivery(COD) available?
    We do not do Cash on Delivery(COD).
  • What is the estimated delivery time?
    We strive to deliver within 7-14 business days depending on your selected pin code and our delivery partners network reach. However, please be aware that our dispatch centres do not operate on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Therefore, any orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday. You agree and understand that though we endeavour to ship and deliver our Products across India, we may, in our sole discretion determine a select list of areas which are unserviceable for delivery of Products. We or our Logistic Partners do not provide shipping and delivery services in such unserviceable areas and may not process your orders on the Website in such cases. In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by us, we shall notify such user at the time of placing an order on the Website. You may also verify whether an area is unserviceable for deliveries by us by entering the relevant area pin-code on the Website. Further Avikkart reserves the right to cancel your order in case the Product is shipped, and the pin-code becomes unserviceable. You agree and acknowledge that to effectuate timely delivery of the purchased Products to you, we may inquire or collect specific information like your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact details, etc. You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the Website is true, complete, accurate, and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery. You understand that you shall bear absolute liability in case of any failure by us in delivering the purchased Products due to your failure to provide correct, complete, sufficient, and accurate information at the time of placing the order. It is further clarified that we shall not be liable in any manner and at any point in time due to your failure to provide correct and complete information. We will attempt to deliver the purchased Product to your designated address within the estimated timeline of delivery notified to you. In the event you are not available or present to accept the delivery of the Product, our Logistic Partners will make a maximum of 2 (two) attempts to deliver the purchased Product(s) to you. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful and you continue to remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order of the purchased Products at our sole discretion and process the return of such Product to us. While we make reasonable endeavours in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to you in a timely manner and within the timeline notified to you, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of: Logistical issues beyond our control; Unsuitable weather conditions; Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, elections, lockdown, containment zones, etc.; Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; Other unforeseeable circumstances. Further, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of delay in the shipment or delivery or use of the purchased Products.
  • Where can I track my Packages?
    As soon as items are shipped out of our warehouses, you should receive an email with tracking details.
  • What are the usual Shipping Costs?
    Shipping carrier and costs are available at checkout & Surface shipping is free on orders above Rs. 5,000/-. For orders under Rs. 5,000/- you can see shipping rates at checkout. Note: Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know this before making payments.
  • Where do you Ship From?
    We ship from our warehouse in Bangalore, Karnataka and in some cases other locations where we have vendors who dropship material directly to you. Note: Avikkart.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities. Avikkart.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
  • Are there any days that you Don't Ship On/Business Closed?
    In addition to Sunday as per Governing Indian laws we and the courier agencies close down on national holidays like Republic Day, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti & Labour Day Additional holidays: Dussera, Diwali, Next Day of Diwali, 1st January, Ganesh Chaturthi and Holi.

  • Do you have a UPS/Inverter/Battery Buyer's Guide?
    Best ways to choose the right inverter & battery for your home. Planning to buy a new inverter or upgrade the old one? Whatever be the reason, it is very important to understand which are the right inverter and battery for your home. Want to choose the best configuration? You would need answers to the following questions:- What is your Power requirement? What VA rating will you need basis your requirement? What will be the right battery for your inverter? Let us first understand your Power Requirement: One of the most important thing that you must know before buying an inverter is your “power requirement”. In simple words- what all electrical appliances (like CFL, tube lights, fan, television, computer, refrigerator etc.) you will run at the time of power cut. Power requirement is addition of the power consumed by various electrical appliances. Suppose you want 3 Fans, 3 Tube lights, 8 LED lights, 1 television & 1 refrigerator to operate at the time of power failure. The power consumed by these items will be total of the power consumed by these individually: 1 Fan – 70 Watts 1 tube light – 40 watts 1 led light – 7 watts 1 led television – 70 watts 1 Refrigerator - 140 Watt Therefore your total power requirement is (3*70 +3*40 +8* 7 + 1*70+ 1*140) = 596 watts. First Calculate the VA rating of the inverter you need VA stands for Volt ampere rating. It is the voltage and current supplied by the inverter to the equipment. Your appliances need more VA than the power requirement in Watts due to the nature of the devices. The ratio is called Power factor. Hence Power supplied (or VA rating of inverter) = Power requirement (power consumed by equipment in watts) / Power factor. Usually at homes, power factor ranges from 0.65 - 0.8, taking 0.7 for the calculations, Power of inverter (VA) = 596/0.7 = 851 VA So an inverter with 900 VA will be the right choice for your home. Find the battery your inverter actually needs: The performance of an inverter largely depends on the battery and energy needed to run your appliances during power cut. The next big question is “how much back up will an inverter provide?” or for “how many hours it can run all of your appliances?”. This is determined by battery capacity. It is expressed in Ah (Ampere Hours). Luminous batteries are available from 80 Ah - 250 Ah, so how will you finalise which one do you need? To find this out let’s do a reverse calculation. Consider that you need a battery that provides back up for 2 hours for running appliances of load 851 VA (596 W). Battery capacity = Power requirement (in VA) * Back up hours (in hrs) / Battery Voltage (in volts) For lead acid battery, battery voltage = 12 V. Battery Capacity = (851 * 2) / 12 = 142 Ah In reality battery performance degrades with usage, so you are recommended to buy 5-10% higher capacity battery. Therefore a battery with a capacity of 150 Ah will work for you. So if you want to run 3 Fans, 3 Tube lights, 8 LED lights 1 television & 1 refrigerator for 2 hours during power failure you would need 900 VA inverter and 150 Ah battery. Single Battery or Double Battery: Now suppose your power back up requirement is 4 hours. for the same power load. Battery Capacity required = (851*4) / 12 = 284 Ah ~ 300Ah Since batteries are available between 60-200Ah, you will need 2 battery of 150Ah (in series) to provide 300 Ah. Two batteries together create 24 V output, hence you need to choose inverter which supports 24V input. Battery plate type: Lead acid batteries come in flat plates or tubular (rod shaped) plates. Flat plate batteries come in small height containers, and are suitable for low power cut areas as their designed cycle life is low. Tubular batteries come in small as well as tall containers, they typically have longer design life, suitable for all areas. Due to the longer life, they are replacing flat plate batteries in inverter battery applications. Plates should be constructed from highly pure lead alloy with high pressure casting machines to ensure low maintenance and long life. Other Features: When buying you may consider other features such as Warranty: Higher warranty indicates longer life and superior quality. Typically, warranty on batteries range from 12 months to 60 months. Float indicators & vent plugs: Batteries have conveniently placed visible float indicators, so that you don’t miss topping up water when needed. Vent plugs should be designed to ensure that the gas pressure inside the battery is regulated. Terminal Protectors: Batteries should come with terminal protectors to ensure utmost safety to the consumers. These protectors prevent chances of accidental electrical shock.
  • Do you have a Luminous Inverter Battery Installation Guide?
    Luminous Inverter battery Installation Guide: Luminous products purchased through Avikkart is usually delivered by Luminous aligned partner in person with in estimated delivery date. On delivery of product, customer has multiple options to get Inverter Battery installed guide. 1. Get Luminous Inverter battery installed at the time of delivery of your products. You just let us know the Installation requirement at the time of purchase, We would help you to get your product installed. Our Partner might charge you up to Rs. 500 For Installation. 2. Call us at our 24*7 Toll free number 1800 103 3039. A Luminous service engineer will visit your house to install the product. 3. Call your Local electrician to install Inverter & Battery. If you are buying inverter battery for the first time for your house, you may require, electrical fittings in your house to set up the Inverter battery. To get electrical fittings done, Please call your Local electrician. Installation of Solar Products requires Technical expertise and Installation is bit expensive. You should get in touch with Luminous service engineers for Installing Solar Products or Call us at +91-9480090559. Solar system Installation: On an Average Installation Cost Estimate - Rs. 10 per Wp, So if you install 300 Watts panel, Installation cost will be Rs. 3,000/- Similarly, if you install, 1,000 watt panel - Installation Cost will be Rs. 10,000/-. Why Solar Installation is Costly? - Installation of Solar Solution needs Mounting of solar panel on the Roof, There will be structure made of Anodised Aluminium which does not rust and last for decades. - UV protected wires and cables are used which are lowest conductor resistance and high mechanical strength for varying weather conditions. - Solar Certified engineer are required for Installation as Angle and Direction of Solar panel is very important. Any mistake here will directly impact Production of solar energy.
  • Is warranty applicable to the products that I buy from avikkart.com?
    All products bought from Avikkart comes with manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise specified). Avikkart.com will assist the purchaser with any warranty claim to the best of our ability as Customer Service is our top priority. Warranty is provided against any manufacturing defects and does not include wear and tear and/or abuse. We are resellers, and are not the manufacturers of third-party products listed on the website. Customer should get in touch directly with manufacturer to make warranty claims. We will be happy to assist you in making the claim. However, Avikkart.com, will not be responsible for handling / sanctioning / rejecting customer's warranty claims. Products on Clearance Sale do not have any warranty/guarantee and can't be exchanged/returned. We make no express or implied warranties on third-party products. Some of the brands may not be available in India as they do not operate in India. In such cases, you cannot claim warranty. In cases where the brand requires the customer to return the product for warranty related reasons, the customer shall bear the responsibility and cost of shipping the product back to the brand. Wiring harness, switch, filters of MadDog brand do not have any warranty.
  • Why is the warranty card on my product not sealed?
    We will have to open the box to seal a warranty card and most consumers don't accept items if the box has been opened. Hence as a policy we don't seal on warranty cards. All manufacturers accept the purchase invoice as proof to provide warranty. Please keep it safe.
  • What is the Return and Refund Policy?
    All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase/delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Any late claims will not be entertained. ​ RETURN PROCESS ​ To return an item, please email customer service at info@avikkart.com or call us during office hours on +91-9480090559 to get an authorisation for return. After receiving an authorisation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address: ​ AVIK KART Attn: Returns #52, Ground floor, 4th Main, 3rd Cross, Shankar Nagar, Mahalakshmi Layout, Bengaluru - 560 096, Karnataka, India After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow atleast two (2) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email/call when your return has been processed. ​ Please note: ​ Wrong size, wrong colour, wrong product - No Problem! If there was mistake from our side (i.e. wrong product/size and/or wrong colour delivered) in the product that you received through our online purchase, we will bear the return shipping charges and re-shipping charges. ​ If you made a mistake while placing the order, please get in touch with us immediately to change the order. EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENTS ​ If you received riding gear/helmet that you wish to replace because of size issue, then Worry Not! we will facilitate the replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges and re-shipping charges. You will need to choose replacement from the products available in stock. In case the size and/or graphic that you want as replacement is not available, we will be unable to execute replacement and/or refund. ​ REFUNDS If the product/order is yet to ship: If the payment has been made through a payment gateway the refund will be issued after deduction of 2.36% bank charges. Once initiated the payment takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in the mode of original payment. If you choose to take a store credit you will be issued a coupon for the full amount of the product (excluding shipping amount). In case the customer has availed of free shipping, the shipping cost shall also be deducted from the store credit amount. If the product has already reached the customer and the customer wants to return the product - we can issue a refund as long as we receive the product in its original packaging without any damages (scratches, paint chips, etc). The return shipping and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer. The refund will be issued once the product is received by us and checked for any damages. In case there are damages, we can ship the product back or we can let you know an adjusted amount of the refund. In case the order placed is a custom order and a part is specifically being brought it, no refund shall be applicable as the order cannot be cancelled. EXCEPTIONS ​ The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: ​ Gift Cards Lubricants and Shampoos Chain Cleaners and Brush Wax and Polish Air Filters Spark Plugs Helmet Accessories like ratchets, chin guards, nose guards, balaclava and visors Products on Clearance Sale do not have any warranty/guarantee and can't be exchanged/returned Inner Suit Audio (In-earphones/earbud) ​ DAMAGED GOODS Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. Any late claims will not be entertained. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures, clear video proof of unboxing will be required mentioning the shipping label. We will not be able to accept the return request if video proof is not provided. We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than usual! ​ Please note: ​ The Product has to be unused. Customer has to make sure that he packs the product in proper manner and paste the invoice on it. It should be in logistic friendly manner. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund. Customer will have to send the product on his own. Once sent, customer needs to share the Courier slip along with the following bank details at info@avikkart.com Account number Account holder name (Same as registered with avikkart.com) IFSC Code Upon receiving the product a Quality inspection would be performed over the product. It will take 2 business days. If any damage/defect is found from AVIK KART end, we will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product. In case of refund, money will be refunded to the customer.

    We do not stock all the products in our warehouse. It will be procured before delivery. You have to place the order online. In case the order is exceptionally urgent you can collect it from our office only after notification email/call from us before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup. Your products will be delivered to your address.
